Minutes for DCA meeting on Wednesday 14th August 2024

1/         Attendance:

2/         Minutes:

  • The minutes of the 24th April 2024 meeting were read and adopted.

                                    Proposed – Tony.

                                    Seconded – Liam.

3/         Matters arising:

  • There were no matters arising.

4/         Correspondence:

  • There was no correspondence.        

5/         Finance:

  • Laim will check to see if the contribution from the councillor has gone into the account.

6/         Website:

  • The manifesto was finalised has been put on the website.

7/         Twitter Account:

  • A report on the DCA Twitter Account will be given at the next meeting.

8/         Cycling Lane submissions:

  • Tony read the submissions which had been made to Louth CoCo and had been agreed with the Chair in respect of Public Consultations
    • 10/5/2024   re:        Inner Relief Road.
    • 6/6/2024    re:        Zerox to Greengates.
    • 20/6/2024   re:        Dundalk Bay to Carlingford Greenway.
  • Tony also reported on work status according to Louth CoCo on four of the five schemes that the DCA is concerned about.

Tony and John raised issues which will be on the agenda for the November meeting.
