We in the Dundalk Cycling Alliance will try where possible, and in good faith, to use images of people responsibly.
- Any persons that can be clearly identified (usually by the face being clearly visible) we will obtain their consent, or the consent of their guardian. This will usually be done by requesting them or their guardian to complete the Dundalk Cycling Alliance Photographic Waiver Form.
- If a person is clearly visible and identifiable in an image that we are using and they request us to remove the image from our site , or other media, we will do so as soon as practicable.
